Dominika Górniak is a law graduate and a trainee attorney-at-law entered on the list of the Krakow Bar Association. She studied and completed her Masters of Law (LL.M) at Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg, where she wrote her master’s thesis in the field of civil law.
She joined B2RLaw permanently in October 2019. During her studies, she gained her professional experience in law firms in Krakow and Warsaw dealing with corporate services for business entities. She has experience in implementing solutions based on Polish and foreign legal systems, as well as in handling investment processes.

Dominika has experience in providing services to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, in particular in the field of comprehensive corporate services for companies, including ongoing legal advice, preparation of corporate documents, preparation and opinion on agreements in the field of commercial and civil law.

Dominika participates in M&A transactions at all their stages, in particular the preparation of transaction documents.
Dominika’s Master’s thesis entitled “Orphan works in copyright law” was awarded by the Minister of Science and Higher Education in the competition for the best scientific works in the field of intellectual property organized by the Polish Patent Office.
Currently, Dominika provides day-to-day advice to clients in the field of intellectual property law.
