Dorota is a member of the Corporate & M&A practice, whilst also possessing experience in commercial law and venture capital matters.

Dorota advises on both day-to-day legal assistance to commercial companies and non-governmental organizations and M&A transactions. She participates in due diligence exercises as well as in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
