Inka is an advocate with the Warsaw Bar Association. She joined the B2RLaw team in September 2018. Previously, she gained experience working in Warsaw law firms, as well as in an academic legal clinic, where she provided legal advice on various areas of law.

Litigation

Inka represents clients in litigation matters, including, in particular, developing strategies and arguments in pending court proceedings, preparing pleadings and representing clients before courts. In addition, she provides support during ongoing advisory services provided to B2RLaw’s clients.

Business Criminal Litigation

Inka is a member of the business criminal litigation team. She has experience in representing clients before law enforcement agencies and courts. She participates in the preparation of pleadings and takes part in the development of strategies in pending criminal proceedings.

Family Law

Inka represents clients in family matters. Her legal interests focus on child custody, alimony and divorce cases. Inka is experienced in representing clients both at the court stage and in settlement discussions.

Corporate Services

Inka has also experience in rendering ongoing services to entrepreneurs, in particular in the field of comprehensive corporate services including ongoing legal advisory, preparation of corporate documents, drafting and providing opinions on contracts in the broadly understood commercial and civil law.

Inka also supports clients in the legal due diligence process and in proceedings before the National Court Register.
