Experience

Inka is a trainee advocate at The Warsaw Bar Association.

She joined B2RLaw in September 2018. Earlier, she gained experience working at a law firm specializing in employment law, as well as at the Lazarski University’s legal advice centre, where she provided legal advice in various fields of law, in particular criminal law and employment law.

Inka has experience in providing day-to-day services to entrepreneurs, in particular in the area of comprehensive services for companies, including day-to-day legal advice, preparation of corporate documents, preparing and giving opinions on agreements in broadly understood business and civil law. Inka also has experience in advising on administrative law, including higher education law.

Inka also supports clients in M&A transactions, during the process of legal due diligence, and proceedings before the National Court Register.

Employment | Employment Disputes

Inka also advises on employment and social security law. She assists in providing legal services to business entities in the field of individual and collective labour law. She has experience in preparing and giving opinions on contracts, including managerial contracts and advising on hiring and firing employees.

Corporate & Commercial Litigation | Business Criminal Litigation

Inka also participates in the preparation of pleadings in court cases and helps to develop strategies and arguments in ongoing criminal and civil proceedings, including family.
