Jacek participates in negotiations, drafting contracts, and conducting due diligence analysis for major real estate, and infrastructure transactions.

Jacek graduated from the faculty of law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He is also an alumnus of the LL.M. program at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York, USA. Currently, he is a trainee attorney-at-law at Warsaw Bar Association of Attorney-at-Law. He gained experience at, among others, White and Case M. Studniarek i Wspólnicy – Kancelaria Prawna sp.k.
