Jakub provides daily corporate advice, is an integral team member of the M&A practice and occasionally advises on corporate & commercial disputes.

Jakub advises companies on various industries on their daily corporate matters whether this be the establishment of a company, or their daily running. He has advised on amending corporate documentation, share capital increases and security on shares. He also participates in M&A transactions including with respect to negotiations, drafting contracts, and conducting due diligence analysis.

Corporate & Commercial Litigation; Business Criminal Litigation

Jakub drafts pleadings in proceedings before the National Court Register also in enforcement and judicial proceedings including both civil and criminal law disputes in particular concerning protection of personal rights.

Jakub graduated with honours from the Jagiellonian University. During his studies, Jakub was awarded, numerous times, with the Rector’s Scholarship of the Jagiellonian University for the best students and received the Scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding achievements. Jakub is one of the founders of the Chinese Law Association. Previously, Jakub cooperated with a law firm specializing in enforcement and debt collection proceedings.
