Kinga is an advocate listed in the registry of the District Bar Association in Warsaw.
Kinga has gained experience in Polish and international law firms and as an in-house lawyer in a joint stock company. She has over ten years of experience in handling employment matters.
Kinga graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (Poland), as well as from the Faculty of European and International Law at the François Rabelais University of Tours (France).
She is currently working on her doctorate under the direction of Professor Łukasz Pisarczyk at the Department of Labor Law and Social Policy at the Warsaw University.
She has written a number of press articles, some of which were published in Gazeta Prawna.

She specialises in labour law, social security and immigration law.
She provides legal advice to business entities in the scope of individual and collective employment law, as well as litigation. She is experienced in advising clients on employment in relation to company restructuring, preparing and negotiating managerial contracts, and advising on group layoffs related to downsizing or the liquidation of companies.
Kinga advises clients on hiring and dismissing employees, in particular upper level and senior management. She advises in the protection of personal rights in employment with a focus on harassment, discrimination and data protection.
She also has extensive expertise on issues related to employing foreigners in Poland and employing Polish citizens abroad.
