Krystyna is an attorney’s trainee of the 3rd year of attorney apprenticeship program in the Warsaw Bar Association. Before joining B2RLaw, she gained her professional experience in one of the leading insurance and risk management companies as an insurance broker. She was a member of FINPRO (Financial Professional Lines) and PEMA (Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions) practices. Her main tasks were: the management of insurance programs for large and medium-sized enterprises, including listed companies, banks and financial institutions, participation in insurance due diligence processes and placement of transaction insurance policies for transaction risks (Warranty & Indemnity) and legal title risks.
Krystyna has significant experience in providing services to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, in particular in the field of comprehensive corporate services for companies, including ongoing legal advice, drafting corporate documents, drafting and providing opinions on commercial and civil law contracts.

Krystyna completed an annual secondment program for one of B2RLaw’s clients, a company from the strategic consulting industry, under which she was responsible for providing opinions on and negotiating contracts and other project-related documents. In addition, she dealt with supporting the client in the field of crisis management and participated in private tenders.

Krystyna participates in mergers and acquisitions processes at all stages, in particular drafting of transaction documents and providing opinions on W&I policies.
Financial Services & Insurance
Krystyna advises B2RLaw’s clients in the field of property and financial insurance, in particular Directors & Officers insurance (D&O), under which she supports clients already at the stage of making a decision on purchasing D&O policies (including advising members of the management boards of financial institutions), as well as in the process of reporting and settling claims (contact with insurers and the Financial Ombudsman).
