Radosław started his legal career at the JSLegal Warsaw office.
Later, he moved to Vietnam, where he worked for Vietnam’s largest full-service law firm (ranked tier 1 in 4 practice areas in Legal500’s law firm ranking). Next, he moved to the US, where he obtained an LL.M. degree with a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law at Duke University School of Law.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
His main areas of expertise includes M&A, intellectual property law, international commercial law and pharmaceutical law.

Radosław assists law firm’s clients with day-to-day matters related to theirs business needs. He is also a part of our transactional team.
He has advised a number of foreign investors, particularly in areas of real estate and energy in their inbound investments to Vietnam. He has supported foreign companies outsourcing their manufacturing to Vietnamese companies.
Life Sciences & Healthcare
In Vietnam, he represented leading global pharmaceutical companies in their endeavors to enter and distribute their products in Vietnam. He advised them on various matters involving matters of compliance (including FCPA), public procurement law, competition law (EU and US), and international commercial law.
