Aleksandra has been a comprehensive advisor to clients on real estate law at every stage of the investment process and in the conduct of day-to-day operations for nearly 10 years.

She has practical experience from working at the intersection of law and business – as an in-house lawyer she supported for several years residential, warehouse and rental housing (PRS) developers in the processes of investment land acquisition, as well as transactions for the sale of commercialized projects.

In cooperation with law firms, she has participated in negotiations, drafting of contracts and conducting due diligence on real estate.

She assists clients in the development process – from obtaining administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of investments, through negotiating the terms of contracts with architects and contractors, supervising the implementation, to commercialization and management of facilities.

In addition, Aleksandra has experience in commercial and office leases.
