Konrad is a member of the Tax team since 2023.

He gained his previous professional experience practicing in Polish and foreign law firms and in the Income Tax Department at the Ministry of Finance, supporting the work of the Legal Comparatistics Division. He was twice awarded the Scholarship of the Minister of Education and Science for significant scientific achievements in the discipline of legal sciences.

Tax

Konrad is a lawyer, expert in corporate taxation, with particular emphasis on cross-border aspects of taxation and tax disputes.

He is the author or co-author of more than a dozen publications in Polish and international scientific journals. In his scientific activities, he pays attention, among other issues, to the problem of protecting the taxpayer’s rights and the role of the axiological basis of the legal system in the process of its judicial interpretation.
