Our Public Procurement team has extensive experience in providing services to both contracting entities and economic operators. We have been entrusted by, among others, the municipal authorities of the largest Polish cities and numerous state and private companies.

We advise our clients at every stage of proceedings. As part of our support for economic operators, we identify risks and interpret the provisions of Terms of Reference (ToR). During proceedings, we control the actions of contracting entities while effectively using available legal remedies. We represent clients before contracting entities and in proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeals or the common courts in cases of complaints against decisions of the National Chamber of Appeals.

Our provision of services to contracting entities includes advising at all stages of public procurement procedures, participating in the preparation of ToR and the conduct of the procedure, including as members of tender commissions and representing contracting entities before the National Chamber of Appeals or before the common courts on complaints against decisions of the National Chamber of Appeals.

Establishing and running a public procurement procedure on behalf of the City of Warsaw for the construction of a Solid Municipal Waste Disposal Facility.
