Adam is an advocate and a member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw. He advises on transactional and regulatory issues related to the financial sector and M&A transactions, specializing in commercial, civil, and banking law.
Finance
Adam has extensive experience advising domestic and international entities on a variety of transactions, including cross-border financing, debt refinancing, and debt portfolio disposals. He has prepared and negotiated complex transactional documentation for clients, including LMA-standard loan agreements, factoring and security documents, and corporate consents.
As part of his practice, Adam has also advised regulated entities in the banking, insurance, and investment sectors on regulatory matters, including proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. His experience further includes assisting clients with regulatory and transactional matters concerning cryptocurrencies and cryptoassets.
Corporate & M&A
Adam’s experience includes advising domestic and international clients on share and asset transactions. Among other projects, he has led complex acquisitions of shopping centers and manufacturing infrastructure. He has prepared share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and related documentation. His work also encompasses advising on transactional risk insurance and representing clients in indemnification processes. Additionally, he supports foreign entities with the legal aspects of expanding into the Polish market, preparing necessary documentation, and establishing companies, as well as assisting Polish entities in setting up branches abroad.
Adam completed his legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw and passed the bar exam with distinction. He joined the B2RLaw team in November 2024.
