Adam is an advocate and a member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw. Adam is a member of the banking and finance team He advises on transactional and regulatory issues relating to the broadly defined financial sector. He specializes in the areas of commercial, civil and banking law.

Finance

Adam has extensive experience in advising domestic and international entities on a variety of transactions, including cross-border ones, in the areas of financing, debt refinancing or the disposal of debt portfolios. In his work, he has prepared and negotiated complex transactional documentation on behalf of clients, including LMA standard loan documentation, factoring and security documents as well as corporate consents.

As part of his practice, he has also advised regulated entities in the banking, insurance and investment industries on regulatory issues, including proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Adam’s experience also includes supporting clients in regulatory and transactional matters relating to cryptocurrencies and cryptoassets.

Corporate & M&A

Adam’s experience also includes corporate and M&A advisory. He advises domestic and international clients on share deal and asset deal transactions. Among others, he has carried out complex projects for the acquisition of shopping centers and manufacturing infrastructure.

Adam completed his legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw and passed the bar exam with distinction. He joined the B2RLaw team in November 2024.

• Canadian private equity fund - advising on the Polish aspects of the deal to finance the group's acquisition of Poland's largest pet food manufacturer.
• Producer of organic animal biofood - advising the company on obtaining financing from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for the construction of a new production facility.
• Polish bank - advising the bank on a number of cross-border financings.
• Polish bank - many years of advice to the bank in preparing and carrying out the process of selling NPL debt portfolios, including regulatory advice.
• Foreign investment fund - advising on obtaining a decision of the PFSA on the lack of grounds for objecting to the acquisition of shares in Investment Fund Company (TFI).
• Foreign investment fund - advising on the process of acquiring shopping centers in Plock, Legnica and Nowy Sacz, including obtaining financing and negotiating its terms.
• A Dutch factoring company - advising on the process of expansion into Poland, including the establishment of the company and the development of documentation.
