Konrad is a lawyer who combines Clients’ business goals with practical legal solutions. He focuses his practice on providing legal services for real estate and M&A transactions, as well as supporting Clients in their day-to-day real estate and corporate operations. As part of B2RLaw, Konrad co-creates the Energy practice providing legal services to the Offshore sector in Poland. He supports Clients in the legal aspects of starting and developing investments in the Offshore Wind Energy sector in the Baltic Sea.

Real Estate

Konrad provides legal services to Clients in the real estate sector at every stage of the investment and construction process, from due diligence through advising on real estate acquisition transactions and the construction process to advising on real estate sales transactions.

He cooperates with Clients in their ongoing activities in the real estate market, advising on lease agreements, construction process and administrative proceedings related to real estate and the construction process.

M&A & Corporate

He advises at every stage of M&A transactions, including the sale or acquisition of stocks, shares and enterprises.  Provides legal services for Private Equity and Venture Capital investments with a particular focus on the area of new technologies.

In the day-to-day operations of Clients, Konrad provides full corporate services to companies.

• Legal advice to Vestas in the acquisition of ST3 Offshore enterprise for more than PLN 170 million to establish a factory for components for offshore wind farms (offshore).
• Legal advice in the investment of the Vinci S.A. HiTech ASI S.K.A. fund in OASIS Diagnostics S.A. for nearly PLN 14 million.
• Legal advice to White Star Real Estate in the sale of a group of companies in the short-term rental market sector to Renters.pl.
• Legal advice to Vestas on the establishment of a factory producing nacelles and hubs for offshore wind turbines (offshore).
• Legal advice to a Chinese buyer on the acquisition of a portfolio of photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of 51 MW from SINO-CEEF.
