Dominik is a trainee advocate and a member of the Dispute Resolution Team.

He specialises in court and arbitration proceedings, particularly corporate disputes (between shareholders or partners) and infrastructure disputes based on FIDIC terms. He is also an expert in restructuring proceedings, debt collection and various matters within civil and commercial law. He has experience of handling cases before both common courts and arbitration tribunals.

While studying at the University of Warsaw, he received the Rector’s Scholarship twice. He also completed a British law course organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge at the British Law Centre.
