Filip has been a paralegal at B2RLaw since 2019. He is a law student at the University of Warsaw and he has been granted the scholarship for best students by the Rector of the University of Warsaw. He has gained his professional experience in the first years of his legal studies at Warsaw law firms, including in one of the most respectable, international Big Four law firms.

Filip is a member of the disputes team. He assists in drafting court documents both in court and administrative proceedings. He also partakes in developing litigation strategies and legal arguments for B2RLaw clients, in criminal, civil, economic and administrative law.
Filip supported the development of personal data protection policies for companies after the EU’s resolution on personal data protection (RODO/GDPR) came into effect. He participated in audits of companies on the legality of their data processing strategies, drafted data processing entrustment agreements between companies and assisted in the implementation of internal policies for personal data processing, including filing, granting internal processing authorisations and the so-called clean desk policy.
Filip has also provided ongoing advice to employers on individual and collective labour law. He has supported lawyers in drafting internal acts of labour law, including corporate collective labour agreement and work and remuneration regulations for energy companies, as well as in negotiations with the unions and in labour law litigation, including disputes over individual lay-offs.
