Filip has been with B2RLaw since 2019 and since 2022 he has been an advocate trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association. Since the beginning of his cooperation with the firm, he was a member of the litigation team of B2RLaw’s Warsaw office. He has gained his professional experience since his early years of University studies, in Warsaw law firms, including one of the most renowned international Big Four law firms.

Commercial and corporate disputes

Filip has experience in advising on civil litigation (held also on an international level) concerning commercial relations between entrepreneurs. This includes disputes arising out of the non-performance of contracts or faulty interpretation of contractual provisions. His experience in corporate disputes includes challenging corporate resolutions and litigation in matters involving conflicts within the structure of a company.

Criminal Law

Filip is a member of various teams handling proceedings that concern white-collar crimes, where B2RLaw’s lawyers act both as defence attorneys or as attorneys for the aggrieved parties. The cases Filip deals with include crimes of mismanagement, fraud (including tax carousel fraud), document forgery and unfair competition.
