Karol is a member of the Warsaw Banking & Finance team.

He has experience in handling financing transactions, mainly on the side of banks, in financing projects for real estate development (commercial and residential), acquisitions and financing of current operations of enterprises, debt collection, and litigation. He supports the team in investment processes, in serving lenders, investors and borrowers in financing transactions (project finance, real estate finance, asset finance).

Karol specializes in the preparation and analysis of security documents, loan agreements, corporate documents and civil law contracts, coordination of the implementation of conditions precedent and follow-up conditions.

Litigation

Karol has several years of litigation experience, gained in connection with serving banking clients in litigation against loan agreements invoking foreign currencies (so-called franking cases) in all instances and conducting settlement negotiations in these cases.
