Kinga is a trainee advocate of Warsaw Bar Association. She joined the B2RLaw team in February 2020. Previously she gained her professional experience in reputable Warsaw law offices specializing in economic criminal law and unfair competition.

Kinga has experience in representing entities injured by anti-competitive practices, including especially breaching of business secret and dissemination of false information about entrepreneurs. She participates in advising and representing clients in both civil and criminal cases based on Unfair Competition Act.

Kinga specializes in crimes against property and economic turnover. She participates in advising and representing clients at all stages of criminal proceeding. Kinga has also experience in running cases concerning fiscal crimes and offences against tax obligations.

Kinga participates in advising and representing clients of B2RLaw in both civil and economic proceedings. Kinga participates in preparing pleadings in court cases, as well as assists in developing strategies and arguments in pending proceedings.
