Kinga is an advocate of Warsaw Bar Association. She joined the B2RLaw team in February 2020. Previously she gained her professional experience in reputable Warsaw law offices specializing in unfair competition, civil proceedings and business criminal law.

Corporate & Commercial Litigation

Kinga advises and represents B2RLaw clients in civil and commercial litigation. She also supports B2RLaw clients at the pre-litigation stage, aiming to bring the dispute to an amicable conclusion.

Kinga prepares pleadings in court cases at all stages of the proceedings, and develops strategies and arguments tailored to the needs of B2RLaw clients. In addition, she is a support during ongoing counseling provided to B2RLaw clients.

Kinga is also experienced in representing B2RLaw clients in judicial and administrative proceedings.

Arbitration

Kinga advises and represents B2RLaw clients in arbitration proceedings both before arbitration courts located in Poland and before arbitration courts based in other jurisdictions.

Competition | Competition Litigation

Kinga has experience in representing entities harmed by acts of unfair competition, including in particular violations of business secrets and dissemination of false information about an entrepreneur. She participates in advising and representing clients in both civil and criminal cases under the provisions of the Law on Combating Unfair Competition.

Business Criminal Litigation

Kinga specializes in crimes against property and economic turnover. She participates in advising and representing clients at all stages of criminal proceedings. Kinga is also experienced in handling felony and misdemeanor cases against tax obligations.
