Małgorzata provides legal support in the day-to-day operations of Polish and foreign companies in the areas of labor law, intellectual property law and commercial law. She is a PhD student at the Doctoral School at the University of Silesia in Katowice, where she is preparing her dissertation in the field of intellectual property and conducts classes for students. Since 2015, Małgorzata has been a member of the US-Polish Trade Council, where, among other things, she is involved in organizing events such as the Poland Day symposium in Silicon Valley at Stanford University.
Employment law
Małgorzata advises companies on day-to-day employee matters, preparing employee contracts and internal regulations and policies. She also supports companies entering the Polish market, introducing employers to their responsibilities and building an employee structure.
Intellectual property law
Małgorzata’s particular interests are related to intellectual property law, new technology and IT. As part of the IP practice, Małgorzata prepares internal documents, transfer and licensing agreements for intellectual property rights and assists in the registration and protection of possessed trademarks and other industrial property rights. In her academic work, Małgorzata has focused on the topics of legal protection of computer programs and biotechnological inventions in both Polish and US law.
