Paulina graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She also completed postgraduate tax studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2018 she has been an associate with the B2RLaw Katowice office, and since 2020 she has been managing its work.

Paulina has experience in legal services for business, in particular she supports clients from the new technologies sector. She advises on corporate law matters and provides day-to-day legal assistance to commercial companies, with regards statutory activity and drafting contracts.

Paulina provides day-to-day expert advisory services to clients in matters relating to compliance procedures in business operations in order to minimise risk on an increasingly regulated market. These consulting services also include the preparation of training courses for clients and their employees. She has a certificate of “Approved Compliance Officer”.

Paulina is responsible for preparing strategies and legal arguments in court cases. She drafts pleadings and represents clients before courts. Paulina specializes in litigation regarding contract law, unfair competition and corporate disputes. She has experience in  administrative disputes, in particular, concerning pharmaceutical law.

Business Criminal Litigation

Paulina has experience advising on all white collar, business-related crimes and on the liability of management and supervisory board members of commercial companies. She represents clients at all levels of criminal proceedings, acting both as a counsel, as well as a representative of a subsidiary prosecutor. Paulina has experience in pursuing claims arising from improper pre-trial detention.

Tax | Tax Litigation

Paulina is responsible for preparing strategies and legal arguments in tax proceedings. She drafts pleadings and represents clients before tax and fiscal authorities, as well as courts. She has extensive experience in VAT disputes, in particular, with regard to good faith of the taxpayer. Paulina provides ongoing tax advisory services.
