Experience

Alicja is a second-year trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association. She is a graduate of Law and Applied Linguistics (French and Spanish). During her studies she was the President of the European Law Students’ Association ELSA Torun. She was an Erasmus+ scholar at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Paris Saclay. Prior to joining B2RLaw, she gained professional experience in a leading international law firm in Warsaw in the field of environmental law.

Criminal Law

Alicja mainly deals with criminal and economic criminal cases, in particular she participates in the preparation of pleadings in court cases and represents clients in pre-trial and trial proceedings. She is also interested in criminal tax law.

Labour Law

Alicja deals with labour law from the perspective of litigation. She represents clients in court proceedings and participates in the preparation of pleadings in cases concerning the invalidity of the termination of changed working and salary conditions and the reinstatement of the previous conditions. She is particularly interested in issues of harassment and discrimination in employment.

Family law

Alicja advises clients on family law matters such as divorce proceedings, contact arrangements.
