Bogdan is a legal advisor with more than 20 years of extensive professional experience. Before joining B2RLaw in 2017, he worked for leading international law firms operating in Poland and acted as a partner in a major Polish law firm.

He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, joint ventures, restructuring and IP.

He provides services to multinational and Polish companies operating in a variety of sectors such as energy and renewable energy, defence, food processing, market research and certification.

Bogdan has vast experience and a successful track record managing M&A transactions, including cross-border projects. He has represented in M&A projects involving industry investors representing companies from the mining, renewable energy, FMCG, food processing and financial sectors, and private equity funds.

Bogdan also has a great deal of experience in respect to restructurings. He assisted a leading Polish  family-owned manufacturer of furniture and a mid-size Polish family-owned construction company on the implementation of a complex tax-driven international corporate restructuring, including cross-border merger.


Bogdan is also an IP expert having advised on a number of cases concerning the infringement of trademarks and patents as well as on obtaining exclusive rights.

German Desk 

Bogdan is a fluent German speaker and leads B2R’s German Desk. He bridges Poland and Germany, has an extensive network of German clients and contacts, and regularly assists clients from German-speaking countries in entering the Polish market either through acquisitions of local targets or organic growth (establishing subsidiaries, branches and joint ventures with local partners).
