Karolina is attorney at law. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

Karolina deals with issues related to civil law, in particular contract law, corporate law and real estate law.

Karolina has many years of experience in construction and real estate projects at all stages of the investment process: from researching the legal status of real estate, land acquisition to the construction stage and completion of the investment project, including all agreements concluded during the investment process or the disposal of real estate.

Karolina performs comprehensive investigations of the legal status of real estate, including, in particular, the identification and assessment of legal risks associated with legal defects in real estate, together with the preparation of recommendations for their removal or minimisation. She participates in legal advice and negotiations in the sale of real estate and in lease agreements, and provides legal advice in the course of day-to-day business operations of entrepreneurs.
