Our Private Equity practice provides advice at every stage of a private equity fund’s lifecycle, including in respect to fund formation and assisting the fund’s ongoing operations, re-structuring of portfolio companies, leveraged finance, new investments and acquisitions including minority stakes, co-investment, buyouts, leveraged buyouts, ad-ons by portfolio companies as well as exits to industry investors and IPOs. Our team is experienced in working with owners and entrepreneurs for whom a PE investment is their first transaction as well as blue-chip managers.
