Agnieszka is an advocate at the Krakow Bar Association. She holds a Ph.D. in law from the Jagiellonian University. She has more than eighteen years of legal experience. Agnieszka is an author or co-author of three books and several articles in recognized magazines. She has been a speaker at Polish and international legal conferences on financial markets and international bankruptcy proceedings.

Agnieszka advises Government-backed KFK / NCBiR funds and has supported venture capital, private equity and investment funds in structuring and negotiating investments in start-ups and companies, particularly from the new technologies sector.

Agnieszka has led projects concerning the commercialization of R&D results, structuring and negotiating the financing of R&D as well as in complex advisory to commercializing projects in the new technologies sector.

• Advising Oben Group on its acquisition of Poligal Group. The acquisition includes BOPP and CPP production plants in Portugal and Poland, commercial offices in Germany, and an extensive sales and distribution network throughout Europe.
