Agnieszka is an advocate at the Krakow Bar Association. She holds a Ph.D. in law from the Jagiellonian University. She has more than thirteen years of legal experience. Agnieszka is an author or co-author of three books and several articles in recognized magazines. She has been a speaker at Polish and international legal conferences on financial markets and international bankruptcy proceedings.

Agnieszka advises Government-backed KFK / NCBiR funds and has supported venture capital, private equity and investment funds in structuring and negotiating investments in start-ups and companies, particularly from the new technologies sector.

Agnieszka has led projects concerning the commercialization of R&D results, structuring and negotiating the financing of R&D as well as in complex advisory to commercializing projects in the new technologies sector.
