B2RLaw was the first Polish law firm to publicly announce a ‘Diversity and Inclusion‘ policy as early as 2020.

More than a year ago, we joined the #nieczekam107lat campaign, an initiative by Ringier Axel Springer: Onet, ForbesWomen, Ofemini, aimed at strengthening the voice of women in Poland, redressing gender inequality, and increasing the number of women in the public space. We encouraged women experts to enroll in the expert database, to create their own portfolio, which connected them to Polish media and developed their substantive potential.
Now it’s time for our own 2BaWoman initiative – B2RLaw’s women for women: our clients, loved ones, business partners, activists, inspiring successful women. Expertise has no gender for us. There are plenty of competent and wise women among us who are willing to share their experience and knowledge. We invite you to share this platform with us.
We guarantee that there will be no shortage of good impressions!
What’s in store for event participants?
Intimate atmosphere, substantive talks, unusual venues and wonderful guests. Each event, tailor-made and unconventional, will be dedicated to a selected group of interested ladies.
