Małgorzata is an associate in the Warsaw M&A/Corporate team and has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law.
Prior to joining B2R Law, Małgorzata gained significant legal experience in leading international law firms and renowned transactional boutiques.

Corporate & M&A

Małgorzata advises on a wide range of M&A transactions (domestic and cross-border share/asset deals) with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. She manages due diligence processes and drafts transaction (PSPA, SPA, SHA) and post-transaction documentation. Małgorzata has experience in representing both sell-side and buy-side in transactions in various industry sectors, including manufacturing, services, IT, FMCG, HoReCa, medical, transport and renewable energy. Małgorzata also has experience in leading and advising on cross-border corporate reorganisations of international capital groups (ICRs) as well as on the local market.
In addition, Małgorzata routinely provides general corporate legal advice to local and international commercial companies, including advice on company formation and liquidation procedures, as well as SPV purchases in cooperation with shelf company providers operating on the market.

Commercial

Małgorzata also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements for local and international corporate clients in both B2B and B2C sectors, in particular cooperation, framework and master service agreements (MSAs).
