B2RLaw is home to a number of foreign qualified lawyers, for the sole reason of building bridges between Poland, the CEE region, and the wider global market. We assist Polish companies in becoming international companies. On the other hand, we assist international companies and funds to operate and invest in Poland and the wider CEE region.

Many of our Polish lawyers have either practiced, or been educated, abroad at institutions such as Harvard University, Oxford University and Imperial College, London. We speak a host of different languages.

As an independent firm we have forged a unique network of international relations, with leading foreign and international law firms, as well as with intermediaries and consultants such as brokers and investment banks. In what is a people business, these relations add value, and through the right connections and introductions, our clients have been able to leverage these relationships to grow their businesses globally.

Pro bono & the Community

Social responsibility is not just a marketing catchphrase for B2R, but a mission statement that reflects our core values. Though the primary goal of our lawyers is to dedicate themselves to B2R’s business clients, we strongly encourage them to also engage in pro bono work. At B2R we believe that it is our obligation to give back to the community as well as support those that are less fortunate or oppressed. B2R takes great pride whenever its lawyers are recognized for pro bono work, most recently by the Polish Ombudsman.
