Dawid is an advocate trainee associated with B2RLaw since June 2018. He gained his professional experience in Olsztyn and Warsaw law firms. He has always been involved in the work of litigation teams. During his studies, Dawid appeared as a speaker at numerous scientific conferences and published articles primarily in the field of criminal law and criminal tax law, as well as being a member of a student legal clinic, he conducted cases of private individuals pro bono.

Dawid has experience in representing clients in matters of commercial criminal law, under which he participates in the preparation of pleadings, develops strategies and arguments in pending proceedings, represents clients before law enforcement authorities and the courts.
He represents clients in criminal matters related to such crimes as money laundering, fraud or tax offenses (so-called tax carousels), as well as related to the unlawful operation of capital company organs and acts of unfair competition.
He also has experience in representing capital companies, which in criminal cases act as the injured party and auxiliary prosecutor.
Corporate & Commercial Litigation
Dawid takes part in the work of teams involved in resolving commercial disputes. He prepares pleadings and actively participates in the development of procedural tactics, in particular in the field of unfair competition and corporate disputes. He has experience in disputes regarding claims for violation of the provisions of share purchase agreements (representations and warranties), as well as disputes arising between the shareholders – company – members of company bodies.
Dawid also has experience in matters of bankruptcy and restructuring law, in which he represents both creditors and debtors. His experience concerns not only initiating bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings but also advising parties at all stages of proceedings and in the scope of ongoing advisory related to them.
