Full-scope legal advisory services to the farm operator specialising in crop and animal production. The area of arable fields on which the company manages is about 1000 hectares. Our advice includes all aspects or corporate law matters including drafting supervisory board memorandums, establishment of the supervisory board and amending articles of association of all holding companies.

East Hemp / Hemp Farm Poland

Advising on the joint venture between the two Polish Hemp companies. Hemp Farm Poland is a company dealing in the cultivation and preparation of Bio hemp biomass (divided into fractions). They cultivate in full ecology as the only company in Poland confirmed by certificates. They have their own individual technology for sowing, harvesting, drying hemp biomass and packing. East Hemp is an upstream producer/distributor of Hemp products with supply contracts to the US.
