Aberdeen Asset Management’s Infrastructure Funds (AIF)
Advising the leading global asset manager on its acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Intertoll Europe’s PPP portfolio for EUR 43 million comprising shares in the A1 motorway in Poland and two sections of the M6 in Hungary, Mecsek and Duna.
Legal assistance to the Portuguese based multinational company from the renewable energy sector on various wind farm investments in Poland including M&A/corporate, real estate, finance and tax support.

Advising the JSW Group, the EU’s biggest coking coal miner, on its potential multimillion Euro acquisition of Australian Prairie Mining’s mining operation in Poland, assets including two of the largest mines in Europe.
Advising the Slovakian energy company on a number of acquisition projects including an Opole power plant with total installed capacity of 1,492 MW, and a network of Calor CPH plants located in Upper Silesia with a total installed capacity of 60 MW.
