I am an attorney, Ph.D. with nearly 20 years of experience. I participate in various types of M&A transactions, including sales of shares, companies or parts thereof, and debt-to-equity swaps. I advise sellers and buyers at all stages of the transaction.

My work involves advising clients on general commercial matters, the statutory and business activities of commercial companies and non-governmental organisations, corporate governance, the preparation and negotiation of contracts, financial matters, commercial practices and the disclosure of information. I provide ongoing advice to listed companies and groups of companies in the logistics sector.

I also advise funds that benefit from KFK/NCBiR support on structuring and negotiating investments in start-ups in the field of new technologies. I also manage projects related to the commercialisation of scientific research results and the structuring and negotiation of financing for scientific projects. I provide comprehensive advice on the commercialisation of projects in the field of new technologies.

I have experience with initial and secondary public offerings of shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and bond issues. I also provide ongoing legal services for public companies in the areas of reporting, internal information and confidential data protection.

I am the author or co-author of three books and numerous articles in renowned journals. I have spoken at national and international legal conferences on financial markets and international bankruptcy proceedings.
