Experience

,,

I am a founding partner of B2RLaw. I was previously a co-founder of JSLegal. I head the Dispute Resolution Practice.

I was a long-standing partner in the litigation department of CMS Cameron McKenna’s Warsaw office. I established and led a highly specialised team dealing with criminal proceedings in economic cases (white-collar crimes). I lecture in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods at the British and European Law Study Centres, which are organised by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the University of Cambridge and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. I am also a member of the Programme Council at Lazarski University.

I have built a reputation as an effective lawyer in court proceedings and criminal investigations relating to economic matters. I have extensive experience in advising on the liability of members of commercial companies’ governing bodies. I advise international companies on anti-corruption issues (including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and other aspects of commercial law. I have participated in several high-profile cases involving Polish entities and citizens. I advise management boards, companies and private clients on criminal and civil liability and compliance within their organisational structures.
